Business Policy:

Payment Terms:
All orders will be shipped COD/Cash, certified check, or prepaid. Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCards accepted. All delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly charge to the unpaid balance. Bounced or NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Product and Pricing Policy:
Prices: All prices are quoted F.O.B. San Marcos, CA.
Product changes: Predator Motorsports mission is to provide its customers with the highest quality products at very competitive prices. With this in mind, Predator reserves the right to change design, materials, packaging, and product specifications.
Pricing Changes: Predator reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Freight Policy:
Prepaid Freight: Certain items are prepaid for quantities of 10 or more to a single domestic address. Please contact Predator for more information on the selected items.
Foreign Orders: Shipments to overseas customers are to be arranged for, and paid by bank transfer.
F.O.B. Orders: All orders not meeting the prepaid freight criteria will be shipped F.O.B. San Marcos, CA by U.P.S. Ground or equivalent, or common carrier.
Claims: It is the responsibility of the customer to file freight damage claims immediately after receiving the shipment with the freight company. Copies of completed freight claim form must be sent immediately to Predator Motorsports Inc. Shipping damages are out of the control of Predator, if a package is suspected damaged when received you MUST either have the package noted as damaged with the shipping company or refuse the package.

Back Orders:
Back orders are shipped on a "date ordered" priority.

Returns Policy:
Return Authorization (RA) is required for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior RA. We require this assigned number to be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

Warranty:

Purchasers should recognize and understand that SUV parts and equipment; such as, but not limited to, wheels, performance accessories, billet kits, tire carriers, and all parts and services manufactured and/or sold by Predator Motorsports Inc. (PMI); are exposed to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.

As further consideration for purchasers using PMI parts, equipment, and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all products are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on PMI skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper product. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill and judgment to select and furnish suitable products.

PMI guarantees to the original purchaser of its products a 1 year warranty, against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include shipping damage, improper maintenance, improper installation, road hazards, impairments from accidents, product modifications, or neglect. This warranty only applies to new products purchased on or after 7/1/09, and are limited to the repair or replacement (at PMI’s option) of PMI products. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs for return, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective material, along with the purchase receipt and RGA number, to the original place of purchase. PMI is not responsible for products returned without an RGA number or products not originally purchased from PMI.

Any and all products redistributed by PMI carries the warranty by the original manufacturer. This includes all items not manufactured by PMI.

Installations must be performed according to instructions provided by PMI; otherwise, PMI has no responsibility. Failure to follow PMI provided instructions will VOID any and all product warranties and create liability for the installer.

In the event that purchasers or installers expressly cause representations, statements, or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers or installer agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMI in the event of any claim, demand, or legal action against PMI by any purchaser.

Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, salesperson, or representative of PMI has the authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. PMI disavows any statement contrary to what is herein written.

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The example companies, organizations, products, people and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company, organization, product, person, or event is intended or should be inferred. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
